Questions, answered
What counts as a task?
One errand, end to end, on whatever channel reaches the business: a phone call, a WhatsApp conversation, however many back-and-forths it takes. Clarifying questions, follow-through, and the receipt are all included. Each run of a standing order counts as one task.
What happens if Dani doesn't succeed?
You get the credit back, automatically. A task only counts when it was genuinely carried out, and Dani never reports success unless there's real confirmation, like a reference number, in the transcript.
Do businesses know they're talking to an AI?
Always. Dani opens every call and message by introducing herself as an AI assistant acting on your behalf. It's a hard rule: the legal and honest way to do this. Businesses respond well to it.
What information does Dani share on a call?
Only what you give her for that task, plus anything you've saved in her notebook (like how to verify your identity). You can see, edit, and delete everything she knows about you at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
